Thank you for your order

We hope that we have fully met your expectations in the purchase of one of our WILDCOUNTRY® products. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it in just a few steps.

Do you want to change your purchase?

At this time it is not possible to make direct exchanges, only returns for refunds. So, if the size or colour does not meet your expectations, follow the returns procedure to be refunded and then place a new order on www.wildcountry.com

Do you want to return an item?

Items purchased from the official Wildcountry online shop may be returned free of charge only within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items purchased on other websites or dealers need to be returned there, we can only process return of purchases from the official Wildcountry online shop.

Important: we can only accept returns of products that are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

How to return an item:

  1. Click on the following link and enter your order number and email address. The page with the details of your order will then be displayed.

  2. Select the products you want to return by ticking the corresponding box and selecting the reason for the return. Once you have selected all items you want to return click on “Submit return”.

  3. An email with the return document is being sent to the email address.

  4. In the email you will find a link to download the return documents. Please print it out. It consists of two pages. The first page is the shipping label, please stick it to the outside of the box. The second page is the return document, necessary to link the retuned products to the correct order. Please place it inside the box.

  5. Note down the tracking number on the return label, if you want to follow its progress on the tracking function of the UPS website. It looks like this: TRACKING #: 1Z AY0 000 00 0000 0000

  6. Carefully seal the package and post it within five days of completing the online return request. We recommend leaving it at a shipping company’s office or access point, you can find the list of drop off points here. Alternatively, you can schedule a pickup at your location. To do this, please follow the instructions on the shipping company’s website or contact its customer service.

  7. Once received we will check if the returned items comply with the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original state and packaging.
  • The product must not show any sign of use.
  • The clothing products have the label attached.
  • The accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
  • The shoes are in the original box.
  1. If the return package complies with conditions above, your request will be processed, otherwise the products will be sent back to you.
  2. The amount paid will be credited with the same method used for payment within 10 business days from receipt of the returned package to our warehouse.
