Customer Care

Warranty

Wild Country products are covered by a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty protects the rights of consumers and does not affect any other rights provided by law and may vary from state to state. You have 2 years from the date of purchase to submit a warrant application, which must be accompanied by the original receipt of sale or by valid proof of purchase.

Not covered by warranty

Normal wear and tear

All of our items are produced in compliance with our high standards. However, even a Wild Country product that has been stored with utmost care will start to show signs of aging and wear and tear after a certain amount of time. The Wild Country warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. We know that it is inevitable that accidents occur. In some cases, damages caused by normal wear and tear can be repaired. Please contact us to inquire about repair options.

Improper use

Damage caused by improper use, negligence, not following the washing instructions, laceration of materials, and natural wear due to heavy use, are not covered by the Wild Country warranty.

Accidents

In compliance with the terms and conditions of our warranty, damage or defects such as rips, burns, and holes caused by the user are not covered by the Wild Country warranty.

Second hand

Articles bought second hand are not covered by the Wild Country warranty.

Repaired products

Products that have already been repaired are not covered by the Wild Country warranty.

How to start a warranty claim

Two different processes should be kept in mind in the event of:

  • Purchase from the Wild Country online shop (www.wildcountry.com)
  • Purchase from an authorized dealer

Purchase from Wild Country online shop (www.wildcountry.com)

If you believe the product is defective, please contact us here. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name, address and telephone number. We can only process claims from EU countries, the United States and Switzerland.
  • The original receipt of sale or valid proof of purchase.
  • Images of the problem
  • An image of the label showing the article number, size and color.

A warranty request does not necessarily imply that the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded, but it does define the opening of an inspection request by Wild Country. You will be asked to send us the item for inspection. Make sure that returned products are clean before proceeding with the return.

  • If the Returns and Warranty Department (once the appropriate checks have been made) does not recognize the item as defective, the item will be sent back to you free of charge.
  • If the item is recognized as defective, Wild Country will repair or replace the product. If it is no longer available, customers can choose a Wild Country product of equal value.

Purchase from an authorized dealer

The product may be returned to the store or Wild Country dealer where you made the purchase along with a valid receipt or any other proof of purchase. The store staff will explain to you the applicable procedure and timeline. Should you be unable to return the product in person, please contact the dealer to inquire about other options, thank you.

Paid repairs

If the warranty does not apply, it might still be possible to proceed to a paid repair. Paid repairs can only be done with the help of a local dealer who acts as an intermediary, it is not possible to do online. Please contact the nearest dealer to inquire about the possibility, price and timeline of a repair, thank you.
